Gitte Buje, Head of and adviser at GROW
Gitte is a lecturer at the bachelor top-up programme in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and she has lots of practical experience with entrepreneurship in her luggage.
Before joining Business Academy Aarhus, she has worked for several years in the advertising industry, both as a creative manager and customer manager. For 8 years she was the owner of her own design agency with 15 employees. Gitte has been Innovation Manager at Arla Foods, and today also solves tasks as an independent innovation consultant.
With Gitte, you can always count on high commitment, competent professional sparring as needed and help to move you forward on your entrepreneurial journey.
Gitte is your professional driving force and sparring partner. Her focus is that in GROW you will learn new skills and be challenged professionally as well as personally. Rasmus Damgaard Jensen, adviser at GROW
Rasmus is an economist from Aarhus University and a biomedical designer. Needs-driven innovation is at the heart of the way he works. Rasmus teaches in our Bachelor's degree in Economy and IT when he isn’t at GROW. At the same time, he runs the consulting business CatalyseMatters and is Head of Business Development at the software company HB Systems.
Rasmus has a broad background: management at Systematic, own entrepreneurship, business development across large companies, early startups and NGOs. He has delivered solutions in areas such as health, manufacturing, police, sustainability and diplomacy — and has worked in Scandinavia, Sierra Leone, Poland, England and China.
In GROW, Rasmus contributes with a positive, ambitious and inventive approach to entrepreneurship and is happy to spar on everything from business models to technology. His core competence is software and AI, and this is especially where he can help you move forward, from the first idea to a solution that actually works.

Hege Havnes, adviser at GROW
Hege is a lecturer and international coordinator at Business Academy Aarhus, where she teaches organisation and innovation management in the Bachelor’s programme Urban Landscape Engineer.
Hege is a landscape architect and has 15 years of experience as self-employed, where she focuses on climate and environmental solutions in the construction industry. She has solid experience with entrepreneurship, innovation and business development and has been a jury member for 'The Green Award' for several years. This award is given to companies that translate sustainability into concrete action in their strategy and business model.
Hege has a keen eye for links in complex projects and works with solutions that are both professionally sound, innovative and work in practice. With Hege, you can expect honest and qualified sparring on an idea, business and direction.

Annette Korntved Lundgreen, administrative coordinator at GROW
Annette coordinates all the practicalities around GROW – including registration for GROW.
On a daily basis, Annette is the administrative coordinator on both the Bachelor's degree programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and on our Marketing Management programme.
